I’m chatting with Jess Eldridge, a community rockstar who volunteers countless hours to the students and staff at Chadds Ford Elementary. This year, she is the Co-President of the Parent-Teacher Organization and Chair of the Chadds Ford Art Show.
Jess invited Rachel Coleman and Bill Sweeney, two artists showcasing and selling their work at the upcoming show, to join the conversation. We discuss why the show is so essential to the school and the broader Chadds Ford community, what types of programs it supports at the school, and how it helps keep our local art community vibrant. I hope you enjoy it!
Have you added the Chadds Ford Art Show and Sale to your calendar yet? If not, I’ll let you do that now. 😉 March 15 from 10 am - 5 pm in the gym-turned-art-gallery at Chadds Ford Elementary.
Check out the Art Show Home Page to learn more about the show, including details about the youth art classes, a list of artists attending the show, and the online auction of donated art, which opens next week.
